Everyday Miracles Essay Contest needs entries! We ran this contest in the first issue but there were just too few entries. We're giving everyone another chance to win cash prizes! In 500 words or fewer, write an essay about an everyday miracle you've experienced. We aren't talking about being snatched from the jaws of death, or walking on water here. We're talking about that frantic search for your keys and then you stop and pray -- and it's really a miracle you find them and can only be attributed to God. Write about the kind of thing we often don't chalk up to miracles. Your story can be poignant or funny or a Christian "True Confession" where the miracle was how God adjusted your attitude.

The deadline is is Feb. 12, 2009. Essays submitted after deadline will not be accepted. Any fees paid by PayPal after deadline will be returned as soon as PayPal notifies receipt. If mailing a check for the entry fee, it must be postmarked by midnight Feb. 10, 2008. All essays must be entered through this online form. Do not mail essays!

Winning entries will be featured in the March-May 2009 Issue. Grand Prize $100, 1st Prize $60, 2nd Prize $40, 3rd Prize $20.
