Kid’s Imagination Train Contest
 
Create a spring-themed poem or story for children ages 5-12.  Poems should be about 200–300 words. Stories should run under 500 words. The submission should be typed and double-spaced.  On the right hand corner of the first page include:  your name and home and email address. Only fictional pieces by one author will be considered.
 
Entry fee: $10
Prize:  The winner will receive $100. The winning story or poem will be published in the 2016 May issue of KIT. 
Deadline:  March 15, 2016. The winner will be announced on April 15th.K
