LIT MAGAZINE, a quarterly online literary magazine edited by Lori Simpson is hosting a "nano-fiction" writing contest. Nano-fiction is a form of prose that focuses on telling stories in as few as six words. It is a challenging but fun way for writers to express their creativity.  (If the stories submitted to LIT for the Autumn 2010 Issue are spooky or mysterious, in honor of Halloween hijinks, so much the better.)

Entry rules are simple-

-Stories must be six words long- no more or less.
-No profanity, pornography or outright horror.
-Up to 3 story submissions allowed.
-Deadline: Sept. 05, 2010

You can see general submission guidelines on the submissions page of the LIT MAGAZINE site, and even directly email submissions through the comment box provided on the website. Need incentive? One first place work will win $10.00 cash.
