2011 Arkansas Literary Festival and the William Laman Public Library seek great true stories. The top three stories receive $100, and the writers will read their winning story on the internationally-syndicated radio show at Starving Artist Cafe in North Little Rock. Writers must live in or be from Arkansas, Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana or Alabama. Stories must be in first person and real. Must be between 1,000 and 1,200 words. Deadline March 13, 2011.
