The Writers' Group on Facebook "ABC" Monthly Writing Contest is open to all writers, national and international, whether published or not, regardless of experience.  Previously published short stories, articles, essays, and poems in other contests, books, magazines, etc., are accepted and welcome as long as they are original to the contest entrant. All entries  must be either received, or if mailing by post, postmarked, by the last day of the month for which you are submitting. Entries received after the last of the month will be included in the following contest. This month's entries are due January 31, 2010.

Fees are $1 for entries up to 5,000 words and $2 for entries 5,000-10,000words. Prizes range from $25 - $300 dependent on how many entries they receive. See more details at: http://writersgroupcontest.yolasite.com/.
