Thriving Family Magazine Call for Submissions: Book Reviewers
 
 
 *** Immediate Need for Book Reviewers ***

Theme: Book reviews of fiction written for tweens (8- to 12-year-olds) and teens (13- to 18-year-olds). We do not discuss the literary merit of these books. Instead, our reviews equip parents with the tools they need to decide whether a book is appropriate or inappropriate for children. For examples, read our book reviews. 
Word Count: varies
Rights: This is a “Work Made for Hire,” so we will own the copyright.
Payment: For the first review from a writer, we pay a flat fee of $10. If all goes well, we offer 12.5 cents per page of the book for future reviews.
Other details: We ask reviewers to check out books from a local library. We do not provide books.
