Untapped is a new magazine and book imprint from Written World Communications aimed at the Christian teen and tween, ages 12 -19. We want to talk about what the kids are talking about, giving advice on everything from the Christian answer to dating and life at school to how to get out there and be ACTIVE in faith with true-life stories of mission projects, service ideas, and all the other exciting ways kids are getting out there and sharing their love for God. We are looking for fiction, anecdotes, photos, interviews, and non-fiction articles that are edgy and exciting. Show us how you live your faith, give us a story with a Christian worldview that speaks to today's teens. Make us laugh, make us think. There is nothing we won't talk about. Limit 2,500 words. We are also looking for column ideas. If you have something you think fits the format of Untapped, send us an email explaining your idea as completely as possible. We're also looking for edgy and interesting manuscripts between 45,000 - 80,000 words in length. While we're primarily interested in fiction, if you have something non-fiction that you feel meets our needs, we encourage you to send us a query. For the magazine, payment ranges between $10 - $25 per piece depending on length and type of submission.
