We are delighted to announce a call for submissions for our sixth annual poetry series! Every spring, we are fortunate to read so many beautifully written poems that evoke the natural landscapes and cultural histories and legacies associated with public lands; we are so grateful to the writers who submit their work in consideration for this series.

We invite poetry submissions that reflect upon nature, outdoor exploration, and accompanying moments of adventurousness or self-reflection. Submit 1-3 poems, the name of the location (park, public land, or designated outdoor space) that inspired the poem or poems, and a short bio anytime between March 7, 2022 and March 28, 2021. We will offer an honorarium of $10 per poem.
